This Third Communication is the product of the effort of the InterMinisterial Commision on Climate Change, coordinated by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, through the National Institute of Ecology. Just like in the case of the First and Second Communications, this one relied on the strong support from research centers and institutes throughout the country, as well as from several organizations of the federal public administration, among them the Institute of Public Health, who collaborated with their valuable contributions.
